No Grain Pancakes

 

Made some almond flour pancakes this morning for the family and, boy, were they awesome!! Thought I’d share the almond goodness with you guys! Thank me later.

What you’ll need:

– 1 1/2 cups of Almond Flour
– 3 eggs
– 1/2 cup of milk or water

You may add anything else you like also, like bananas, cinnamon, vanilla extract, etc.

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, eggs and milk (or water) and mix into a batter type texture. You may use less milk or water for a thicker mix.

2. In a griddle or skillet, on medium heat, pour the mix into the size pancake you’d like. Flip when bubbles appear.

3. Eat!

Serves four. Enjoy!
